Our automatic verification process takes place quarterly. During this
process we test the addresses in comparison to domain name and run
a batch script to ensure the recipient is accessible.
You should note this therefore means that some of the addresses will
fail and you will receive postmaster errors and/or user has left company
replies, though these will be in the minority. Our prices have been
set at the low rate of 3p per record, which is at least 7p per record
cheaper than our main competitors, to accommodate this discrepancy
and no refunds will be offered.
Example 1:
List containing 1000 records from Business Mailing = £30
@ 3p per record
Possible Failure Rate of 20% @ approximately 200 = £6
@ 3p per record
Example 2:
List containing 1000 records from cheapest competitor
= £100 @ 10p per record
Your saving including failure rate discrepancy = £70
If you get errors with email addresses when sending, you
should be aware that a number of factors can affect sending
email, from your Internet connection speed to the SMTP
server rules of your ISP. Whilst some of the email addresses
may become inactive from the verification date listed on
the product pages, we are confident that any vast failure
rates will be related to matters out with our control.
