Let Business Mailing take the hassle out of fax marketing by running the entire campaign for you. This service includes sending the fax (including all telephone costs) to your target market as per your exact requirements. If you don't have the internal resources to collate a large fax broadcast in-house then this is an essential managed service option for your business.

Please Note – Business Mailing will only permit sending of fax broadcasts using your own data when it is in adherence to the Fax Preference Service (FPS). We therefore offer this data at no extra charge within the following regions or business categories – click here to download our current FPS approved quantity data sheet.

You are welcome to send us your own in-house fax database, though its compliance with FPS is and will remain your own responsibility.

What does this service include?

Sending single page fax broadcasts to your target market

All outgoing fax telephone costs

Business Mailing fax data (Free use of our approved FPS data)

Use of your own in-house fax data (if required)

Mail merge import of contact names (if using your own data)

 

What is not included?

Sending faxes to non-business or non-UK based data

Split sending (e.g. send faxes at varying dates/times)

Credits for failed data sending

 

How much does this service cost? (Note - All prices are subject to 17.5% VAT)

£0.03p per record (5000+ Record Broadcasts)

£0.05p per record (Under 5000 Record Broadcasts)
