This service includes the sending of the email to your target market as per your exact requirements. If you don't understand the technicalities of sending an email broadcast and/or wish to avoid any potential bandwidth or service breach with your ISP then this is an essential managed service option for your business.

What does this service include?

		Business email data (if required – but must be purchased separately at product price listed on the website)
		Use of your own in-house opt-in email data (if required)
		Broadcast email sending (during offices hours)
		Plain text or HTML email content import
		Appropriate legal disclaimer included
		Merging of named contact (if applicable)
		Test send to you as a sample
		Direct replies to the email are sent to you
		Failed email responses sent to us
		Retry to failed recipients
		Report on send success/failure rates
		Credit for confirmed unusable data. If using one of our email list products and we are unable to successfully send the email to any of the addresses listed then these are credited to your account to be used for future data purchases (at price per record paid for the data).
		Credit for send failures, if using one of our email list products then we don't only credit the data that was unusable, but the send costs are credited to your account to be used for future data purchases (at price per record paid for the managed email service).
		Handling of removal requests

		Content creation
		Email sending with file attachments
		Click through reports
		Split sending (e.g. send emails on varying dates/times)
		Credits for failed data sending (if your own data is used for the campaign)

How much does this service cost? (Note - All prices are subject to 17.5% VAT)
		£0.01p per record
		This service requires a minimum order value of £100.00
